Yesterday (Wednesday) the police investigated a police officer on suspicion of installing hidden cameras in a women's restroom at the station where he serves. The officer was also questioned on suspicion of sexually harassing a female police officer who works with him in the unit. The suspect was detained for questioning, and at the end of it he was released to house arrest, and removed from all police stations.
Last month A policeman was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a young woman who came to complain at a police station. According to the suspicion, the policeman accompanied the young woman to her home, where he committed indecent acts on her, and tried to prevent her from filing a complaint against him.
The investigation revealed that the young woman came to complain about serious crimes, the suspected policeman approached her and said that she should for her to file a complaint the next day, and offered to drop her off at her house. Using this as an excuse, he went to her apartment where he sexually assaulted her. After he left the house, the young woman called to file a complaint against him, he accepted the call and tried to prevent her from filing the complaint.
