The case was sentenced in the West Kowloon Court today (5th). Chief Magistrate Su Huide pointed out that the defendant not only reposted the post, but also produced content to repeatedly promote the message of secession. He believed that his behavior posed a threat to social order and public safety. He advocated that he should be sentenced to a deterrent sentence and sentenced to 8 months in prison.

Pleas point to lack of supervision in childhood

Su Guan continued to point out that the defendant not only forwarded the posts involved in the case, but also participated in the production, repeatedly promoted the message of secession, incited others to organize activities and disrupted social peace. His behavior constituted actual and potential threats to social order and public safety, and the court should punish Deterrent punishment, to prevent others from imitating, or to implement these extreme and illegal claims, sentenced to 8 months in prison.
