Occupied Jerusalem - SANA

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the murder committed by the Israeli occupation forces at dawn today in the city of Nablus in the West Bank, which led to the death of a boy, is a result of the policy of continuous impunity, which encourages them to commit more crimes and attacks against the Palestinian people.

In a statement carried by the Palestinian Wafa Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the heinous crime that led to the death of the 16-year-old boy, Amer Abu Zaytoun, stressing that it comes in light of the escalation of the occupation's violations of the occupied Palestinian territories, and the persistence of murders and oppression against the Palestinians under cover and absolute American support, which threatens to explode the situation in Region.

The Foreign Ministry called on the international community and the International Criminal Court to assume its responsibilities and expedite its investigations into the daily crimes and violations of the occupation and its settlers against the Palestinian people, their land and sanctities.

Abu Zeitoun was killed by a bullet in the head fired by the occupation forces during their aggression on Nablus.
