Political scientists and the Cassandres of the social climate are becoming as reliable as a pythia stuffed with LSD: we were expecting a social return in 2022 on hot coals;
no one imagined that the unions would dare strike for Christmas after a 12% increase in two years.
The tocsin comes out despite everything for pensions, but the endless watering of public money, which we thought was however extinguished after the Covid, seems to discourage the most bellicose ardor.
So what is 2023 the vintage of?
The French passion for history pushes us to seek in the anniversary dates a meaning for the year which opens today.
