At the time of Corona, a 57-year-old woman from Kirchseeon is said to have called for several crimes against politicians via the Facebook Internet platform.

The unreasonable woman caused a sensation in court.

Ebersberg – Because of a Facebook post, a 57-year-old woman had to answer to judge Vera Hörauf in the Ebersberg District Court yesterday.

According to the indictment, she had called for vigilantism against politicians in the corona pandemic.

In October 2021, the woman from Kirchseeon shared a kind of wanted poster online, which she used to call on private individuals, but also police and judicial officials, to arrest politicians whom she described as terrorists and enemies of the state.

Among other things, the housewife had called the Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder, the Green Party leader Annalena Baerbock, the then SPD health expert and current Health Minister Karl Lauterbach and the outgoing Chancellor Angela Merkel as terrorists and enemies of the state and called for their arrest.

Kirchseoonerin rushes online: A hacker is responsible for the post

As she testified, the woman waved her hands and gushed.

"I didn't share the whole thing!" she snarled at the accusations.

She herself would not deal with political issues and would therefore have had no motive to write the post.

Her explanation was: "My profile has been hacked for a long time."

Judge Vera Hörauf followed up: "Have you changed your password?" "No!" barked the Kirchseeonerin into the room.

"Why?" was her counter-question.

The defendant also did not delete the post allegedly created by hackers.

"I can't delete anything that I didn't create," she said, shaking her head at the incomprehension that greeted her.

Ebersberg: incomprehension and confusion with judge Vera Hörauf

Because for judge Hörauf, the housewife's statements caused more confusion.

The accused noticed that, and her collar burst.

With the flat of her hand she slammed the table and shouted: "I'm not an enemy of the state!".

A warning from the judge followed.

Hörauf found it difficult to negotiate further.

When the entries in the criminal record were read out – driving without a license, drunk driving, insult – the woman reacted with an outcry from the dock: “Why are you reading that out now?

That should have been statute-barred long ago!”

At some point it was enough for judge Hörauf: "You are very close to a fine!

Let me finish!” threatened the judge.

Nevertheless, the woman intervened in every second sentence and called her innocence into the hall.

Prosecutor and court: descriptions of the accused implausible

This changed nothing for the prosecutor: she found the woman to be untrustworthy and demanded a fine.

To the final incomprehension of the accused, the judge agreed.

She sentenced the woman to a fine of 750 euros - 75 daily rates of 10 euros.

While still in the courtroom, the freshly convicted woman threatened to appeal the verdict at the district court.
