Sunday January 6th

Raisting - Theft of a trailer:

Between October 25th, 2022 and November 1st, 2022, a previously unknown person stole a log truck belonging to a 70-year-old Raistinger.

The trailer was parked in the area of ​​the Gräbenbachweg.

The material damage amounts to approx. 1,000.00 euros.

Witnesses are asked to contact the Weilheim i.

Wielenbach - paramedic beaten:

On January 6th, 2023, at around 12:15 a.m., a heavily intoxicated 42-year-old man from Wielenbach had to be treated medically by the emergency services due to alcoholism.

However, the Wielenbacher resisted the treatment and hit the 34-year-old paramedic in the head with his fist.

He was slightly injured in the process.

The Wielenbacher was still aggressive towards the officers who were called from the Weilheim Police Inspectorate and still did not want to be treated.

Because of this, he had to be tied up - which he also resisted.

He was then transported to a nearby hospital.

OB – traffic accident with horse:

On the morning of January 5, a horse and a car collided on state road 2057.

A 61-year-old from Rott was driving her car Daimler B180 on St. 2057 in a southeasterly direction when, at around 06:45, three Haflingers suddenly stopped on the road.

Despite immediate emergency braking, the woman was no longer able to prevent a collision.

One of the animals was thrown onto the hood and roof of the vehicle.

The driver got away with the collision with the shock, the horse suffered, among other things, a fracture of the lower jaw.

The car was completely deformed after the accident, a total loss of around €10,000 must be assumed.

Why and how the animals were able to get onto the road is now the subject of a police investigation.

Peißenberg – clarified escape from the accident:

Yesterday, January 4th, 2023, around 1:00 p.m., a 22-year-old from Weilheim maneuvered his Audi A6 out of a parking lot on the main street in Peißenberg and collided with the parked Audi A4 of a 57-year-old woman from Peißenberg.

However, she happened to be in her apartment at the time of the accident and saw the collision through an open window.

Based on the license plate number, the polluter could be determined a little later without any problems.

Among other things, criminal proceedings were initiated against the novice driver for illegally leaving the scene of the accident ("accident escape").

The material damage caused is estimated at several hundred euros.

Weilheim – Bicycle theft from the basement:

A 39-year-old woman from Weilheim had her Conway mountain bike in black allegedly stolen from the bicycle storage room of the apartment building by a previously unknown perpetrator between January 3rd, 4:00 p.m. and January 4th, 2023, 8:00 a.m.

The bike was originally secured against being stolen, the theft damage amounts to €300.00.

Schongau - Driving without a driver's license:

On 04.01.23 at around 9.45 p.m. a 30-year-old man from Altenstadt was stopped with a car on Marktoberdorfer Strasse as part of a traffic check.

When asked about his driver's license, the 30-year-old stated that he currently did not have a driver's license.

The journey was then stopped and the car parked safely.

A preliminary investigation into driving without a license was initiated against the 30-year-old. 

Schongau – dispute among homeless people escalates:

On January 4th, 2023 at 1:45 p.m., two homeless people (a 22-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man) got into an argument on the forecourt of Schongau train station.

In this context, the woman hit the 31-year-old with a wine bottle, causing it to break.

She then got into a taxi and left the crime scene.

The 31-year-old suffered a head laceration and was taken to hospital by paramedics.

As part of the investigation, the woman was then found in Dießener Straße.

When her personal details were to be determined, she started to flee.

She was able to be stopped by the officials deployed, but then put up considerable resistance.

A police officer was slightly injured.

The 22-year-old was then provisionally arrested and taken to the police station in Schongau.

An application for an arrest warrant was made by the Munich II public prosecutor's office.

The 22-year-old is brought before the magistrate today.

Iffeldorf - Accident escape:

On January 3rd, 2023, around 5:20 p.m., a Seeshaupter (61) drove on Staltacher Straße and had to brake because of oncoming traffic.

The man let his hands off the steering wheel in shock and the car drove into a Fiat belonging to an Iffeldorfer (29) parked on the side of the road.

As a result, the Fiat was pushed onto a VW car parked in front of it.

The person who caused the accident then continued his journey without worrying about the accident damage.

When the owner of the Fiat car called the police, the person who caused the accident returned to the scene of the accident and first informed his daughter who lived nearby.

When the accident was recorded, the police found total damage to the three vehicles of around 3,500 euros.

The man is now expected to be charged with a traffic accident escape.
