Bonjour Beauty Co., Ltd., which operates "Banyan Tree Resort", "Dr.Protalk" and "Shuiyunzhuang", was petitioned by a creditor yesterday (5th), requesting an order to wind up Bonjour Beauty Co., Ltd.
According to the website of the judiciary, the case is scheduled to be heard in the High Court on March 22 this year.
The petitioner, Chen Yongsen (transliteration), as a creditor, requested the court to issue an order to wind up Bonjour Beauty Co., Ltd.
The listed company Bonjour Holdings issued a statement the year before last, stating that Bonjour Beauty Co., Ltd. is not a subsidiary of its group.
