Fire brigade finds seriously injured woman: 46-year-old dies - son (20) arrested

A fire was reported to the fire department, and they discovered a woman with severe head injuries.

The 46-year-old died and her son was arrested.

Planegg – There are many indications of a family drama, at the end of which a woman had to die: a seriously injured woman (46) was found in Planegg on Thursday evening.

She later succumbed to her injuries in hospital.

Her son (20), who was arrested by the police, is considered a suspect.

Around 5.45 p.m. local residents reported a fire in Planegg.

The fire broke out in the basement of an apartment building.

The fire brigade and police arrived and cleared the building.

The emergency services discovered the 46-year-old in an apartment, who was seriously injured on the ground.

Apparently she had been brutally beaten in the head.

The rescue service took the 46-year-old from the Munich district to the hospital.

But any help came too late.

She died in the hospital later that evening.

Her husband was probably not in the apartment at the time of the crime.

Meanwhile, firefighters put out the flames.

After initial investigations, arson is not ruled out by the police.

Was it a coincidence or is there a connection with the attack on the 46-year-old?

Caller announces suicide - son on suspicion

Around 6:45 p.m., an unknown person called the police.

He announced that he would take his own life.

The officers found that it was the 20-year-old son of the deceased, who is a suspect.

The search for the 20-year-old was successful.

More than 15 police patrols and a helicopter were deployed for this purpose.

The emergency services met the suspect at a construction site not far from the apartment building.

According to the police, he was standing on a crane about 40 meters high.

The police negotiating group was brought into position with a lift truck from the fire brigade.

The 20-year-old was finally arrested between 2 and 3 a.m. without resistance.

Since it could not be ruled out that he was endangering himself or others, he was taken to a hospital.

There he is guarded by the police.

He is due to be brought before the magistrate at the weekend.

Commissariat 11 took over the further investigations.

The police could not say anything about the murder weapon or a possible motive.

A family drama also took place in Franconia: a 14-year-old died and her mother was injured.

The brother (17) was arrested.
