What was the massive presence of this consulting firm in the health crisis the name of?

Was it a French exclusivity, and, even more, a Macronian exclusivity?

Many believed him, or wanted to believe him.

It is enough to turn to the news from across the Atlantic to understand that this is not the case.

Radio-Canada thus informed us last Wednesday that this firm had imposed itself in a few years at the heart of the Canadian government.
