For 2023, the slowdown will increase in Île-de-France, according to Meilleurs Agents.
It is thus to be expected, according to the real estate valuation platform, a “less dynamism”.
As of January 1, the departments in the inner suburbs (Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne) and the outer suburbs (Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Essonne and Val-d'Oise) present very moderate price increases (respectively + 1.3% and + 0.9% over one year).
“It is far from the performances they have known in 2020-2021.
There is clearly a slowdown in these markets in 2022 and this will continue,” said Thomas Lefebvre, scientific director of Meilleurs Agents.
