Transport in Ile-de-France: the disruptions of the weekend of January 7 and 8

Once is not custom, this weekend will not be too busy in terms of work and resulting traffic interruptions. P


RER

RER

B.

Due to numerous maintenance works on the northern section of the line, RER B traffic will be interrupted throughout the weekend between Aulnay-sous-Bois in Seine-Saint-Denis and Mitry-Claye in Seine-et-Marne .

The branch serving Roissy in Val-d'Oise will, however, operate normally.

A replacement bus service is in place on the closed section.

RER E.

“Late” start and “early” closure of line E this weekend.

Saturday and Sunday, trains between Haussmann-Saint Lazare and Le Plessis-Trévise in Val-de-Marne on the one hand and Tournan in Seine-et-Marne on the other hand will only run from 6 a.m. until at 9:45 p.m. only.

Before and after these times, service will be provided by replacement buses.

Transilien

Line K.

Traffic is interrupted on Saturday and Sunday between Gare du Nord and Mitry-Claye.

A substitute bus service serving intermediate stations has been set up between Paris and Compans in Seine-et-Marne.

Line P.

Modernization work on line P is continuing and will require the closure of the line between Paris-est and Provins from 9.15 p.m. and between Paris and Coulommiers in Seine-et-Marne after 9.30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.

Replacement buses take over after the interruption of rail traffic.

Metro

Line 4.

After a break during the holidays, the preparatory work for the automation of the line resumes this weekend and again leads to the closure of the line to passengers on Sunday morning and an opening of the stations from noon only.

tram

T1.

Due to works, the “Liberation” stop at Bobigny in Seine-Saint-Denis is not served.

We might as well get used to this disturbance which is not limited to weekends.

The tram station will not reopen to travelers until next May.

T4

.

Traffic is interrupted all weekend between Bondy and Aulnay-sous-Bois in Seine-Saint-Denis as well as between Bondy and the Hôpital de Montfermeil stop still in Seine-Saint-Denis.

A replacement bus service is in place.
