When she was only seven months old, her former owners gave Rattler Mädel up to the animal shelter.

Animal rights activists are now looking for a new home for Emily.

Amberg – Together with her friend Tiffany, a little Spitz, the Rattler girl ended up in the Amberg animal shelter.

"But the two don't necessarily have to be mediated with each other," the animal rights activists explain.

Emily is still very playful as she is only seven months old.

Landed in an animal shelter at the age of 7 months: Dog Emily "would like to cuddle all the time"

In an appeal for mediation, the animal rights activists describe the little Rattler girl.

Emily is very shy towards strangers, which she shows by barking loudly.

Once you have earned her trust and taken a liking to her, "she would like to cuddle all the time".

The animal shelter therefore calls her a "cuddly mouse".

Small and playful: Rattler Emily is initially shy around strangers.

"In summer, 'Emy' likes to be outside and enjoys the sun, she doesn't like the cold and the rain that much." Not surprising for the animal rights activists, you don't go out in winter without a "coat" if you don't have an undercoat.

Prague Ratters are very active dogs, so new owners should plan daily walks.

"The little dogs want to be mentally and physically busy."

Who gives Emily a new home?

The little fur noses should not be underestimated either, "they were actually originally responsible as watchdogs for their master's belongings".

They had also served well in the past as pied pipers.

Anyone interested in getting to know Emily can contact the animal shelter in Amberg at hallo@tierheim-amberg.de.
