The President of the Republic has filed a complaint against the medium Delphine Jégousse, alias Amandine Roy.

The images in question had already caused a stir: the president was sometimes represented as a Nazi, sometimes alongside Marshal Pétain.
They had already been the subject of a conviction: the President of the Republic had lodged a complaint against Michel-Ange Flori who had been sentenced to a fine of 10,000 euros.
The conviction of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal was however overturned by the Court of Cassation in December 2022.

This time again, the president wished to go through the legal process
: “the head of state did not bring a civil action but filed a complaint.
I confirm that it is indeed the caricature published on the networks”
, declared Me Jean Ennochi, the lawyer of Brigitte Macron, to

The clairvoyant, born in Morbihan, is summoned on Monday January 9 for "
public insult towards a constituted body, a civil servant, a depositary of authority or a citizen in charge of a public service by word, writing, image or means of communication electronically
."
The case will be tried before the criminal court of Angers (Maine-et-Loire).
This is not the first time that the Angevin medium has been sued by an occupant of the Élysée: in March 2022, the first lady Brigitte Macron had filed a complaint against her for having spread rumors accusing her of being transgender .
