This is how it will be in Inning in 2023: Mayor Walter Bleimaier is getting some major projects off the ground

Inning

– For Inning's mayor Walter Bleimaier, a day doesn't currently have as many hours as work, because the small inning has big plans.

Some projects are pending in the next few years.

And all of them are worth millions.

local supply

First and foremost is the new local supply center at the southern end of Innings, where the tennis courts of SV Inning are currently located.

These will be relocated as part of the sports field expansion.

21 applicants submitted designs for the local supply center in response to the call for tenders.

A specially convened evaluation committee shortlisted eight after the first sighting.

From these, three applicants remained in the second step, who presented themselves and their designs to the municipal council.

Not public, "because it's about copyrights to the concepts and a lot of money," says Bleimaier.

Ultimately, the decision had to be made between two applicants.

The municipal council wanted one or the other wish to be taken into account, for example less sealed area.

The decision was made in the third week of Advent,

between the one with the better sounding concept and the other with the better price.

Because the municipal property is sold in the confidence that the investor who is awarded the contract will keep it and not immediately sell it on.

Both applicants assure this, says Bleimaier.

After the decision, it's time for the contracts.

"In the first quarter we will start parallel with the development plan," says the plan.

There will be no construction before 2024.

In 2025, Bleimaier hopes that the new local supply center with a full range and drugstore could then be opened.

The community is still under time pressure, because the tennis courts have to be relocated before construction can begin.

sports field extension

At the presentation of the "very first draft" of the sports field expansion in May of this year, Green Party Councilor Barbara Wanzke spoke of a project of the century.

In view of the difficult property negotiations, this is not an exaggerated formulation.

Even Bleimaier's predecessor, Werner Röslmair, had broken his teeth in the negotiations with some landowners.

To this day, Bleimaier is not doing much better, although one thing is certain: "We can do anything, just not as functionally," says Bleimaier.

Not as nice as in the very first draft.

Both to the south and to the north of the road, the municipality lacks a strip of land of around 5,000 square meters each.

It was planned around this,

the two newly planned football pitches (a tournament pitch and a training pitch) will be a bit smaller than UEFA's recommendation, but still large enough to host international matches.

"If, for example, an Austrian team is invited," Bleimaier replies with a laugh to questioning looks in this context.

There is one main difference compared to this first draft, which planner Monika Driver called the “Lederhose Model” at the time: Schornstraße does not have to be relocated.

"The transfer alone would have cost an incredible amount of money, almost one million euros," says Bleimaier.

In return, however, the container accommodation can also remain in place longer.

"At least in the current planning." The lease for the temporary refugee accommodation with the district runs until 2026.

The first measure in the course of the sports field expansion is the relocation of the tennis courts.

They are planned to the west of the existing cycle path.

But before the sports grounds become a big construction site, “we have to get the kids out of there.

That's why we have to push through the construction of the new school sports facility to the west of the elementary school with great zeal." In the broadest sense, this is also part of the sports field expansion.

day school

Without naming a number, next year will also be about planning an open all-day school (OGTS).

“It will be great,” promises Bleimaier.

The first plans are available and inspire him, after incorporating a few proposed changes, these will be presented.

Four classrooms plus a canteen and other smaller rooms are to be built to the south of the school.

The building will be docked to the elementary school via a glass walkway.

"There are already more than 100 children in the lunchtime care," says Bleimaier.

That is why time is of the essence with regard to the fact that from the 2026/27 school year there will be a legal right to all-day care.

day care

At the beginning of autumn 2023, by 2024 at the latest, the construction of the day care by the neighborhood help Inning is due.

As reported, the house is to be built on Am Wasenfeld street, where the container for childcare stood during the construction of the Catholic kindergarten.

15 day care places are planned plus apartments.

But the development plan “west of Herrschinger Straße” has not yet been approved either.

through road

Even if the through road is not renovated in the coming year, it will keep the community busy and cost money, namely planning costs.

"Although almost everything was already planned, we have to start planning again," says Bleimaier.

Originally, the rainwater sewer was to be built separately from the street drainage.

"But that would be too expensive for the municipality and the road construction department." Now a common rainwater channel is being planned again.

The municipality must also contribute to the costs of this planning.

The damned expansion of the heavily used state road through Inning will start in 2024 at the earliest.

"The state building authority wants to be finished in Tutzing in 2024," said Bleimaier.

The inning should start immediately afterwards.

Anyway it is
