Step 2: Take a screenshot to save the health declaration QR code
The health declaration is the same as the form filled out when entering the mainland, including name, gender, date of birth, nationality, occupation, certificate number, mobile phone number, residential address, health status, and nucleic acid test results.
The difference is that one of the options has changed from "Inbound" to "Outbound".
After completing the data input, the system will generate a QR code.
However, due to the unstable signal at the border, it is recommended to take a screenshot and save it for the process of returning to Hong Kong later.
Step 3: Present the certificate of negative nucleic acid test to enter the port building
Afterwards, Hong Kong residents can present a paper or electronic version of the negative nucleic acid test certificate, and the port staff will release them after inspection. Afterwards, the staff will check the Home Return Permit. After passing both checkpoints, they can officially enter the Futian Port Building .

Step 4: Scan the QR code of the health declaration and pass the customs with the Home Return Permit
After taking the escalator, check the QR code obtained from the health declaration at the checkpoint.
After being inspected by the staff and released, you can scan the QR code at the self-service machine in front of you, and then enter the departure hall to check the Home Return Permit.
After crossing the pedestrian bridge across the Shenzhen River, return to the Hong Kong immigration hall. After checking the Hong Kong ID card, you will arrive at Lok Ma Chau Station, and you can choose to take the East Rail Line to go home.
