In accordance with the cabinet decision received on Thursday, today (Sunday) the Minister of Finance, Bezalel Smotrich, will sign a seizure order that will deduct 139 million NIS from the Palestinian Authority's funds. Over the past few months, attorneys Avraham Segal and Nitsana Darshan Leiter from the Shorat Hadin organization, who represent the families, have been working in an attempt to implement the verdict and turned to enforcement to seize the PA's funds.

Along with the decision to implement the verdict and sign an order confirming the transfer of the funds, the cabinet also approved another series of measures against the PA, among them: the immediate start of offsetting the PA's payments to terrorists and their families for 2022, in accordance with the security establishment's report.

"We promised to correct, and today we are correcting an injustice. This is an important day for morality, the war on terrorism and justice," said the Minister of Finance.
