These are the main questions that the Marseille criminal court will have to answer, which is judging from this Monday - until February 2 - 25 people in this vast case of horse meat trafficking.
The ramifications extend to Spain, Italy and Poland.
The main defendant, Patrick Rochette, horsemeat wholesaler and figure from Narbonne, will be tried in the company of several of his suppliers and various accomplices.
