A 30-year-old man was seriously injured tonight (Sunday) in a car explosion in Netanya, a 24-year-old man was moderately injured.
The police investigation revealed that the explosion in the vehicle was caused by the remains of an ammunition item.
Part of the train parking lot is blocked to traffic, and congestion is expected.
The vehicle exploded near the train parking lot in the city at 03:30.
Medics and paramedics who were called to the scene gave the two medical treatment and evacuated them to the Laniado Hospital in the city in a stable condition.
The police began investigating the background and circumstances of the incident.
Police officers searched the scene, the police saboteur examined the remains of the amlach item and forwarded the findings to the police forensics laboratories.

MDA paramedic Avi Dehari and MDA medic Daniel Sheva said that when they arrived at the scene, they saw a "sooting and crushed" vehicle.
"Nearby, a 30-year-old man was lying unconscious, he suffered bruises and shrapnel injuries, another 24-year-old man was walking around with minor burns and injuries," they said.
"We gave them life-saving medical treatment and evacuated them to the hospital with one in serious and stable condition and the other in moderate condition."
