The police today (Sunday) filed an indictment against Adam Amer, 31, from Kfar Qasim, who was caught driving a concrete mixer without a valid valid license.
The suspect has held his license for 12 years and has 18 previous convictions.
At the time of his arrest he was supposed to be under house arrest.
The detectives of the Central Unit of the Traffic Division ambushed him in Kiryat Ono and caught him red-handed driving a concrete mixer truck.
