In front of the Hotel "Four Seasons" in Munich, luxury cars are seen again and again.

Our reader reporter suspects an advertising deal.

Munich – As a reader reporter, Djordje Matkovic is out and about in the state capital day in and day out.

On his forays, he often stops by where the rich and beautiful stay: at the “Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski” hotel on Maximilianstrasse.

Nothing escapes the attentive observer Matkovic: "For years I've noticed that the latest luxury vehicle from BMW is always parked in front of the hotel.

I have never seen anyone drive it.”

At the beginning of January, the reader reporter caught the eye of a BMW i7 parked in front of the entrance.

He asked a uniformed hotel employee whether this was an advertising measure for the local car manufacturer, Matkovic writes in an email to our editors.

"That's how it is, you've noticed correctly," the man replied with a smile.

Is he right?

"I can't confirm that," writes a hotel spokeswoman on request.

Freilich: “We have worked together with BMW for many years.

All of our hotel limousines are from the BMW brand.” However, this partnership does not include any “advertising” appearance of the cars in front of the hotel.

Her assumption about the picture from early January: "The car may have been provided to drive a guest to the airport, for example." Reader reporter Matkovic will take a very close look in the future.
