A subsidiary of listed company Bonjour Holdings, Hefeng Leong Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Bonjour Cosmetics Wholesale Center Co., Ltd.), was petitioned for winding up by two companies as creditors last year.
The case was dealt with in the High Court today (9th), and the judge ordered that Hong Leong should be wound up.
The companies that submitted the petition this time are Sunview Investment Co., Ltd. and Binyu Investment Co., Ltd., which earlier requested the court to issue an order to wind up Hong Leong.
When the case was being dealt with today, He Hong Leong asked for adjournment, but the judge pointed out that He Hong Leong had not provided a solution to the case, refused to adjourn the case, and immediately issued a winding-up order.
It is reported that Hefeng Leong owed about 3.9 million yuan to the petitioning company.
