In commemoration of the third anniversary of the martyrdom of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and his comrades and the martyrs of the Syrian Arab Army, fifty cartoonists from different countries of the world embodied their rejection of terrorism and their support for the axis of resistance during their participation in the art exhibition titled He will remain immortal and was organized by the Henry Inqlab Islamic Hawza Foundation in cooperation with the Syrian Plastic Artists Union.
The exhibition, which was hosted by the People's Hall in Damascus, included 50 works by artists from Iran, China, Ecuador, Turkey and several countries. They expressed through their brushes their solidarity with the axis of resistance and their rejection of terrorism and the Zionist entity, while other artistic paintings embodied images of the martyr Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and his important role in the fight against terrorism.
In a statement to reporters, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Iranian Embassy, Ali Reza Aiti, thanked the supporters of the axis of resistance for their contribution to the opening of this exhibition, stressing the importance of spreading the culture of resistance, praising the efforts made by the Union of Fine Artists in Syria and the Iranian cultural and artistic institution, Hawza Henry.
In turn, the Secretary of the Syrian Plastic Artists Union, Ghassan Ghanem, explained that the exhibition came to embody the role of the plastic artist in combating terrorism, pointing to the distinguished participation of more than one international artist from several countries.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, a symposium on resistant plastic art was held, moderated by the media, Ilham Sultan, in which the two Iranian plastic artists, Dr. Mohammad Reza Wahidzadeh and the artist Wahb Ramzi, participated, in addition to the plastic artist Talal Bitar.
