Three 20-year-olds came to stay on the beach in Tel Aviv • During the vacation, they went on a rampage and threw objects at passers-by from the balcony to their delight • After the hotel staff intervened - a riot broke out in the lobby during which they began to insult the hotel's guests and used blows and punches • And to finish - they hit the security guard with a chain of iron balls and injured him • Their detention was extended by a few days • The defense attorney: "an esoteric offense, the staff members started"

Many hotels in Israel do not like to host young people.

That's probably the reason.

Three young men from the Sharon area were arrested today (Monday) on suspicion of being involved in a fight at a hotel on the beach in Tel Aviv.

The young men, aged 19, 20 and 22, were brought into detention, which was extended by three days, after they went berserk, beat the captain, among other things, with a chain of iron balls and broke into a fight after they were asked to stop throwing objects from the balcony.

Chaos at reception

Last weekend, the police received a report of a fight at the Orchid Hotel on the beach in Tel Aviv, police officers who arrived at the scene arrested three young hotel guests who were rioting.

An investigation revealed that the three had come to hang out at the hotel.

At one point, after objects were thrown from their room that almost hit passers-by, the captain and another person came to the room and asked them to vacate it and announced that they had called the police.

The suspects went downstairs to the lobby, began to confront the hotel employees as well as everyone who was at the reception.

The security officer was also there and at some point after throwing things on the spot, they started attacking the security officer on the spot, all together with punches and kicks.

At one point one of the suspects pulled out a chain of iron balls from his pocket and hit him in the face, the captain was taken to the hospital for treatment and after he was released he came to file a complaint with the police.

After a threat to call the police - the fight broke out.

violent attack

The three who moved from the hotel room to the detention room, spent the night in detention and from there were transferred to the Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv, where the police asked to extend their detention.

At the hearing, the police representative, R.N.G. Yoni Hirschhorn, said that an employee who saw things being thrown went outside to see and then went up to the room of the three. The defense argued that they can be released since it is an esoteric offense that does not establish grounds for arrest and the ones who started it were the staff members.
