Moscow/Kyiv – The Ukraine war has been raging for ten months now.
In the first few weeks after the invasion, Russian troops made significant advances in Ukraine, quickly capturing several regions of the country.
However, the effort slowly faded as the Ukrainian Air Force's defenses increased.
In Denmark, however, it was believed that Russia would take over Ukraine in just two weeks.
This is now the result of an article in the Danish newspaper
Berlingske
, as

writes.
According to a Danish intelligence officer, Russia almost won the war in Ukraine before Russian President Vladimir Putin's military plans dissipated.
In an interview with the Danish newspaper, the head of the Russia analysis team at the Danish Defense Intelligence Agency (FE), Joakim, gives an assessment.

War in Ukraine: Poor decisions by the Kremlin cost Russia a quick victory
Danish officials therefore assumed that Putin would win the war in the first weeks of the invasion.
But bad decisions by the Kremlin cost Russia the expected quick victory, according to the Danish intelligence officer.
In the interview, Joakim named Putin's ideological convictions as the main reason for Russia's failure - and not the Russian president's lack of intelligence.
Furthermore, it was a mistake to describe the invasion as a special military operation and not as a war.
Thus, only certain troops could fight until Putin ordered a partial mobilization of reservists in September.
Ukraine war: Putin's health could have been the trigger for the invasion
According to Berlingske
, the Danish secret service
also shared assessments of Putin's medication intake at the time of the invasion of Ukraine.
The active ingredients could have favored the attack.
Accordingly, Putin is said to have received hormone therapy at the beginning of the Ukraine conflict.
"Melomania is one of the well-known side effects of hormone treatment," said Danish intelligence officer Joakim.
Putin's health has been making headlines for a long time.
