"Don't know if she greets me": Jungle camp stars Claudia Effenberg and Verena Kerth on the warpath

The new jungle camp season starts on RTL on January 13th.
The player's wife Claudia Effenberg is also there.
However, the designer is not looking forward to a candidate in her reality adventure.
Australia – Only a few more sleeps, then the time has finally come and the long-awaited new jungle camp season starts on RTL.
For the 16th edition of the notorious reality hit, twelve stars will be in the Australian bush from January 13th, including Lucas Cordalis (55), who had to sit out 2022 due to corona, and player wife Claudia Effenberg (57).
With all the joy about the upcoming trip into the depths of the jungle, the lady of the heart of football legend Stefan Effenberg (54) is waiting for a prominent comrade-in-arms, of whom she is not a particularly big fan.

The cameras aren't even switched on yet, and yet Claudia Effenberg doesn't shy away from confronting them before moving into the jungle flat share.
Because she has often clashed with a candidate from the 16th jungle camp season in the past – and makes no secret of the fact that it is moderator Verena Kerth (41).
"I'm going to tell you honestly how it is, because I don't want to beat around the bush either," explains the dirndl designer in an interview with RTL, "Verena and I have been in trouble several times."
It is quite possible that Claudia Effenberg and Verena Kerth will cause a lot of drama in the new jungle camp season.
The two have fought each other several times over the past few years.

"I can rate her zero point zero.
I don't know if she greets me either," explains Claudia Effenberg and remembers her unsuccessful encounters with Oliver Kahn's ex-girlfriend (53).
When the two crossed paths a few years ago at the Oktoberfest in front of the RTL camera, the mood was already frosty, but it was said to have been particularly uncomfortable before the opening of Claudia's dirndl shop.
"Then her dog peed on my extremely expensive carpet and she cried out, she laughed herself to death," says the Sauerland native, "I had to climb under the table and I had to clean it up."
Is the "jungle camp" really filmed in the jungle?
Since the first jungle camp episode flickered across the screens on January 9, 2004, the station has often been accused of not filming the format in a real jungle.
Although it does appear on television that the belligerent celebrities are sitting in the shade of palm trees, dozens of kilometers away from civilization, it's not quite that extreme.
Because "I'm a Celebrity" is filmed on a farm near the town of Murwillumbah, which is in the Australian region of New South Wales.
The international versions of the show, such as the British "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!", also use the site.
So it's not the deepest jungle, but neither is a TV set with artificial trees.

"I'm definitely the dear one": Claudia Effenberg meets Verena Kerth in the jungle camp
The fact that she now meets Verena Kerth again in the jungle camp, where shreds like to fly between the participants, does not seem to bother Claudia Effenberg – but she does not want to put up with anything either.
"Of course, it's possible that I'll lose my head in the camp and that I'll revive one or the other thing," explains the tough blonde, "but then only if she drives me."
A fight out of nowhere She doesn't want to start, but if Verena provokes her, it could become quite explosive: "Now I don't care whether there are cameras or not, because that would be unfair if she really attacked me because I think I'm definitely the dearer one."

Of course, one can only wish the two that they can bury the hatchet, but a heated argument would certainly not bother the jungle camp fans.
After all, the jungle would be nothing without a good dose of delicious drama.
