Al-Hasakah - SANA
In celebration of the Arab Theater Day, the Directorate of Theaters and Music and the National Theater in Al-Hasakah Governorate organized the new theatrical show “There is Hope”, on the stage of the Arab Cultural Center in Al-Hasakah.
The theatrical show is a panoramic documentation of the Syrian Arab theatre, starting from the foundation stage, and proceeding to the stages of its development up to the present day.
The producer and director of the work, Ismail Khalaf, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that the show included a group of observations related to the theater and the theatrical heritage, starting from the Abu Khalil Al-Qabbani theater up to our present days, where statements by a group of creative writers who wrote for the theatre, such as Mamdouh Adwan, interfered with the scenes.
