The mother of Noa Lazar, the 18-year-old fighter who was killed in October in a shooting attack at a checkpoint near Shuafat in East Jerusalem, wrote farewell words to her home to mark three months to the day of her death.



"Three months and a day, my grandmother Frida and I gathered our strength and arrived at the Shuafat checkpoint," wrote Noa's mother, "I came to see where you took your last breath, I came to see where you were most of the time you were not at home, where I could not save you from the damned terrorist."

Noa Lazar, a crossing fighter in the Erez Battalion of the military police, was killed in October in a shooting attack.
