A man beaten by waiters of a Mexican restaurant dies after refusing to pay a tip complaining of poor service

A man lost his life in Mexico City on Sunday after he was allegedly beaten by employees of a famous birria restaurant for refusing to pay a tip, according to Mexican media.

Antonio Monroy, 59, went that night with his partner, Adriana Flores, to the La Polar restaurant, located in the San Rafael neighborhood, in the Cuauhtémoc mayor's office, according to the newspaper El Universal.

The complainant recognized one of the probable perpetrators who participated in the attack, and on Monday
