Deputy Speaker of the Russian State Duma, Sergey Neverov, called for efforts to be unified to prevent a nuclear catastrophe, as a result of the Ukrainian bombing of the infrastructure of nuclear power plants, including the Zaporozhye plant.
Russia Today website quoted Neverov as saying during the plenary session of the 13th General Assembly of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly held in Antalya, Turkey: The Kyiv Nazi regime commits terrorist attacks against civilians, and bombs the vital infrastructure of nuclear power plants, and such actions may lead to a nuclear catastrophe. Stressing that it is necessary to do something to prevent such events.
Neverov pointed out that Washington prevented the UN Security Council from adopting a resolution submitted by Russia regarding the establishment of a commission to investigate the US military biological activities on the territory of Ukraine, because Moscow realizes that these activities pose a threat to all humanity.
He added: Russian experts have revealed the facts of the US military biological activity on the territory of Ukraine, and the facts of the US violation of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development and Stockpiling of Chemical Weapons have also been revealed.
Neverov explained that everyone is aware that the Western world uses double standards, and there must be initiatives to solve the problems of Asian countries and the problems in the countries of the region, taking into account the social and cultural characteristics in those countries.
