A migrant family paid smugglers 30,000 euros to get from Turkey to Germany.
The police discovered her in a van near Greiling.
Now there are new details.
Greiling - The federal police have now published further details on the case of the two suspected smugglers who were arrested near Greiling on Sunday.
Thanks to the police check on the B13, the group of nine migrants, including three children, was spared a long journey on the back of a van between building materials, buckets and other junk.
However, the driver and passenger are not the actual smugglers, as originally assumed.
Migrants had previously been smuggled across the German-Austrian border
Officers from the Bad Tölz Police Inspectorate stopped the vehicle on Sunday night as part of a traffic control near Greiling.
According to the current status of the investigation, the federal police in Rosenheim assume that the nine Turkish nationals were picked up in Bad Tölz after they had been smuggled across the German-Austrian border and then dropped off.
Left behind by the smugglers in Bad Tölz
Since the migrants, who have family ties, had apparently been left behind by their smugglers, they called a person they knew who already lives in Germany.
"The man who was informed, a 23-year-old Turk, and his 26-year-old companion, who also originally comes from Turkey, drove to Bad Tölz in the van," said the federal police.
"There they assigned their compatriots, who were unfamiliar with the area, a place on the loading area."
Wedged between building materials and rubbish
After a few minutes of driving between building materials and waste, the car then got into the traffic control.
The two collectors were able to identify themselves with German residence permits.
In contrast, the other adults, three women aged 19, 23 and 39 and five men aged between 20 and 42, as well as children aged 7, 9 and 13, had no entry or residence papers.
According to their own statements, they wanted to go to Hanover, where a relative of theirs is said to live.

Paid 30,000 euros to the smugglers
The migrants, some of whom are of Kurdish descent, were taken to the Federal Police in Rosenheim.
There they described that they had already been on the road for several weeks.
They fled their homeland.
The smuggling organization that they confided in demanded more than 30,000 euros for all nine people for the transport stages via Bosnia, Italy and Austria.
In order to pay the smugglers, the children's father sold his house in Turkey.
