A convicted murderer fled through a window in Regensburg – the police had been looking for the man for four days.

Now he could be caught in France.

The search for the escaped murderer Rachid C. is finally over, on Monday evening he was arrested near the German border in France (see previous update).

Now the investigations are concentrating on how it was possible to escape from the district court and whether the man subsequently had outside help.
