BRUSSELS - "The EU will do everything in its power to support the courageous Ukrainian people, we will maintain pressure on the Kremlin and
implement new sanctions against Belarus and Iran, which support Moscow militarily"

This was stated by the president of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
"I have said several times that
Ukraine must be supported with all the armaments it needs
to defend its territory and defend international law".
Added von der Leyen, answering a question about the possible sending of Leopard tanks to Ukraine.
"I welcome the agreement between the US, Germany and France to send advanced military vehicles.
Next week the Contact Group will meet in Ramestein
and we will evaluate with Kiev what it needs", added the secretary general of the Born Jens Stoltenberg.
