Suspect no longer in psychiatric clinic
About an hour after the fire alarm, the 20-year-old reported to the police and announced his suicide.
He was later found at a construction site attempting to throw himself from a 40 meter high crane.
After he first came to a specialist clinic, he went behind bars on Saturday.
"The accused is in custody because, according to an initial expert assessment, he does not suffer from a psychiatric illness," explains senior public prosecutor Leiding.
"The conditions for temporary accommodation are not met."
