Do you always look for the best quality when choosing a campsite?
Then you should know the ADAC Superplatz 2023.
Some can also be found in Bavaria.
Camping has enjoyed great popularity in recent years - but the quality of the campsites can vary greatly.
To give travelers orientation, the ADAC selects the best campsites in Europe every year and awards the “Superplatz” rating to the campsites with the highest rating.
In Germany, a total of 21 campsites managed to win this title in 2023.
The best campsites in Germany in 2023 – 21 places with the highest rating from the ADAC
The criteria of the ADAC inspectors include the areas of sanitary facilities, site area, supply, leisure activities and bathing opportunities.
The classification is calculated from the individual results of these categories - 5 stars is the maximum and the prerequisite for being considered a "super place".
The best federal state here is Schleswig-Holstein: With six super places, it will again take pole position in Germany in 2023.
There are four of the best campsites on the island of Fehmarn alone.
This is followed by Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, each with four places - with Bavaria being able to look forward to a newcomer this year.
