The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the “apartheid” law, which has been imposed by the Israeli occupation since 1967, constitutes a flagrant violation of international law, international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions, warning of its danger in implementing colonial annexation plans.

In a statement today, carried by the Wafa Agency, the Foreign Ministry condemned the renewal of the occupation authorities’ approval of this racist law, which deepens settlements, provides protection for settlers to commit more crimes against the Palestinian people, and strengthens the apartheid system, noting that it will continue to work to expose the dimensions of this racist law and its repercussions on the legal situation. And the existing historical situation in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, to confront it in international political, diplomatic and legal forums.

It is noteworthy that the occupation authorities renew the approval of the “apartheid” law every five years.
