Full of insight, she came up with an especially long story in which she talked about the body that signals her to stop, about her desire to have complete control over her life, and about the decision to bring about a change in the matter.
"I've been feeling weak for a few days, bloated in my stomach, and then the internal symptoms came: no sleep, full of stress, thoughts, pressure maybe from moving the apartment, maybe from the race of life. My body was already screaming 'save me,'" Pines shared her feelings.
Later in her speech, Eden shared the change she had begun to make.
"I got up in the morning, I breathed, I did a light meditation, I prayed, I said thank you to God for everything that is, what is not, and to Mother Earth," she shared.
"I took some tasks off myself at work and personally, like unpacking 130 very heavy boxes by myself. It doesn't make sense, it's not healthy, and it's okay to ask for help," she emphasized.
