Washington-Ottawa-SANA
The Russian ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, confirmed that the Pentagon's decision to train the Kyiv regime forces to operate Patriot missile defense systems confirms the US involvement in the Ukrainian crisis.
Sputnik quoted Antonov as saying, commenting on the upcoming training course in the United States for Ukrainian soldiers to operate Patriot missile defense systems: “The decision of the US military administration to organize a training course in Fort Sill in Oklahoma is another confirmation of Washington’s actual participation in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Nazi criminals from Kyiv.” ".
Western countries, led by the United States and Britain, continue to fuel the situation in Ukraine by providing the Kyiv regime with huge funds and military equipment, which Moscow considers “playing with fire” by NATO countries.
In turn, Russia's ambassador to Canada, Oleg Stepanov, said that Ottawa's declaration of providing additional military aid to Ukraine seems "ridiculous" in light of the country's internal problems.
Stepanov said against the background of the announcement by the office of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that Canada intends to purchase a US-made “NASAMS” air defense system to provide it to Ukraine: “The policy of the Justin Trudeau government that sends money to stir up conflict and support an illegitimate regime thousands of kilometers away from Canada It looks ridiculous," he said, adding: "It's especially funny given Canada's domestic problems."
