In "Goodbye Germany" Caro Robens goes under the knife again.

However, cosmetic surgery is not without risks.

And so her husband Andreas has to take care of his wife after the operation.

Mallorca – Caro Robens (44) is dissatisfied with her appearance.

Above all, her bottom is too flat for the "Goodbye Germany" emigrant.

This is about to change with cosmetic surgery.

The woman from Wuppertal wants to have silicone implants inserted - 500 grams in each buttock.

Her husband Andreas (56) also thinks: "In any case, you have to put something in there properly, there's a lot missing!" Due to diets, she has a "huge hole" where her butt should be.

But the 44-year-old doesn't just want to "optimize" her bottom.

She wants to tighten her stomach and have her upper lip lifted so that she looks fuller.

The fun should cost 17,500 euros.

But like any operation, the planned general overhaul is associated with certain risks.

Caro is very familiar with this.

She's had one or two surgeries that didn't go according to plan.

Caro Robens beauty interventions

The "Goodbye Germany" emigrant is only too familiar with cosmetic surgeries and procedures.

12 years ago she had her breasts done.

She had her face tightened with a thread lift.

She has also had her buttocks enlarged twice.

However, both interventions failed.

After the aquafilling, Caro Robens suffered from severe pain.

Her butt caught fire several times and then the liquid slipped from the butt into the leg.

Later she had hyaluronic acid injected in her butt, but it clumped.

The "Goodbye Germany" emigrant later had to have both removed.

"That's nice money," Andreas Robens pouts when he is reminded of the two surgeries.

Silicone implants should finally enable his wife to have the buttocks of her dreams.

Caro has already prepared well for the time after the operation: she got four new books.

Because the "Goodbye Germany" emigrant should take it easy for four weeks and give up working.

In her case, it will probably be six weeks, the former bodybuilder already suspects.

"You will take care of me for six weeks," Caro warns her husband.

But Andreas doesn't want to hear about it.

Hard shell, soft core: Andreas Robens trembles in front of the operating room for his loved one

"Do you have a quirk?" laughs the 56-year-old, "I'm getting a divorce after two weeks because you've driven me crazy!"

Normally it's Caro who takes care of her Andreas.

She even cuts the fruit for her husband.

"Of course I'm afraid that something will go wrong, that she won't wake up again.

Who should make my breakfast for me?” jokes the Mallorcan by choice.

But that only seems to be his hard shell.

When Caro later lies under anesthesia in the operating room, Andreas trembles in front of the door and is visibly nervous.

Fortunately, everything goes well and both are ultimately happy with the result.

As tough as they sometimes seem, they both have a big heart - especially for animals.
