A fire broke out in a detached house in Petersaurach on Tuesday, January 10th.

One resident was already asleep when the fire broke out.
The barking of his dog woke the man just in time.
Both were unharmed.
Petersaurach – The barking of his dog woke a man in Petersaurach (Ansbach district) just in time during a fire.
The 69-year-old then managed to leave the house with the animal, a police spokesman reported.
The man and his four-legged friend were unharmed.

Detached house burns in Petersaurach (Ansbach): At least 100,000 euros in damage
The fire in the family home in the district of Langenloh caused damage of at least 100,000 euros on Tuesday evening, January 10th.
The upper floor and the roof truss burned out.
The cause is still unclear.
When the fire broke out, the resident was sleeping on the first floor, according to police.
The house is uninhabitable until further notice.
