The humanitarian aid official at the Russian Coordination Center, First Lieutenant Alexander, stated that 450 food rations were distributed to the most needy families, who do not have a breadwinner, and it comes within the framework of Russian support for the needy in various Syrian governorates, with the aim of easing the burden on them and securing some of their needs.
In turn, the head of Qarta Municipal Council, Muhammad Hussein Khalil, indicated that this aid is part of the humanitarian efforts made by Russian friends to support Syria, praising the Russian initiatives to help the most needy families and the families of the martyrs and the wounded, which aim to alleviate the suffering of the people as a result of the unfair economic blockade imposed on the people.
