Seven months ago, it was running on line 4, between Mairie-de-Montrouge (Hauts-de-Seine) and Porte de Clignancourt (Paris XVIII).
Soon, it will carry passengers on line 6, between Nation (XIth-XIIth) and Charles-e-Gaulle-Étoile (VIIIth-XVIth-XVIIth).
The MP89 train (for Métro Pneu commissioned in 1989) marked "48", currently stationed in the new RATP maintenance workshops in Place d'Italie (13th), will be the first of the 4 metros to be transferred on the 6. "It will be put into commercial service before the end of January", we promise to the RATP.
