It was a real Prévert-style inventory: the auction initiated by Michel Hazanavicius at Artcurial last December raised a total of 250,000 euros for United 24, a donation collection platform set up by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky , as well as for the foundation of First Lady Olena Zelenska.
Part of the funds will be used for the reconstruction of the Central City Hospital in Izium.
What could we afford during this highly cinematic sale?
Fifty prizes including the César for best director awarded to Jacques Audiard in 2010 for his film

But for watch lovers, it's another lot that could only hold the attention: the watch worn by Jean Dujardin in
OSS 117: Le Caire, nid d'espions.
Starting at €500, like all the lots in the sale, it was sold for €8,500: a Tissot Héritage 150th anniversary, from 2003, a 39.5 mm diameter steel chronograph n° 2725 from a limited series to 8888 copies.
The watch worn by the actor in the film directed by Michel Hazanavicius in 2006 now sits on the wrist of a fan of cinema… and OSS 117.
But is Jean Dujardin a watch lover?
You should ask him the question... If he donated the one worn in OSS 117 for a good cause, the timepiece he wears on screen still corresponds precisely to his character, whether it's a an Omega Speedmaster Professional in the fashionable skin of Frédéric Beigbeder (
