He sought eye contact with his victim - then he jumped into her car with a knife.
In January 2022, a 26-year-old kidnapped and threatened a woman in the middle of the Innsbrucker Ring.
Her ordeal lasted for hours - in the end she was able to escape, naked through the snow.
Munich - It is a case like a nightmare that is now being processed at the regional court.
There Gökhan S. made a confession yesterday: "I fully admit the charges," said the native of Munich.
He attacked Azra P. (25, name changed) at around 3.40 p.m. when she was standing at the traffic light in her BMW 3 Series Coupé.
With a black FFP mask and black fabric gloves, Gökhan S. first walked around her car, then ripped open the passenger door, sat in the car and immediately showed the puzzled woman the ten-centimetre-long blade.
According to prosecutors, to signal "that he would injure or kill her with this knife if she did not follow his instructions."
The two went first to Neuhausen on the orders of Gökhan S., who had his knife out.
Arriving in a remote backyard on Dachauer Strasse, he forced Azra P. to undress.
"Get undressed or I'll break your nose," he yelled, according to the indictment, and thrust the knife straight into his victim's face.
He then tried to rape her, but this failed thanks to Azra P.'s resistance.

"Stop it, stop it," she is said to have written several times and squirmed - with success: Gökhan S. abused the 25-year-old when he cleaned himself and got dressed again, but she used the moment to flee.
Only with a jacket and her mobile phone, otherwise completely naked, Azra ran across Dachauer Strasse and got to safety.
Gökhan S. did not pursue them, but only looked for his next victim five days later.
At the Mercedes Benz Center on Arnulfstrasse, he also threatened a saleswoman with a knife and asked for the keys to a Mercedes AMG worth 200,000 euros, which he fled with.
The police caught him two days later and he has been in jail ever since - and now in a psychiatric ward.
Judgment on February 8th.
