The affair has stirred the entire educational community of the Les Frères-Lumières kindergarten, in Montmagny (Val-d'Oise).
Since the start of the school year in January, a mistress, in post for nine years in the establishment, has been missing.
She was assigned as a protective measure to another establishment, following a complaint on November 29, 2022 for violence against a minor filed against her by the parents of a student.
She was changed schools.
An investigation has been opened.
The mother of the family received a summons on Tuesday to be heard.
