In a large hall in Kiryat Shmona, the best technological minds and hackers of the north of the country gathered for a variety of complex cyber challenges related to the world of virtual banking, cars and hospitals.
The three northern champions who reached the first places, will have the opportunity to take part in the global cyber competition in Dubai.
Doron Amir, the founder of HaTobim Lat Cyber and CEO of CyTaka, initiated the Cyber Championship of the North in which Israeli hackers, information security experts and software professionals competed in some of the most advanced cyber challenges in the world. After the Israel Cyber Championship in Tel Aviv and other cyber competitions in Sde Boker, Kiryat Ata, Dubai and New York.
The Cyber Unicorn monitored a number of areas that are a target for cyber attacks and have the potential to cause actual damage to the point of harming the public and the security of the state. Therefore, the cyber challenges that the contestants competed for the title of Cyber Champion of the North were from the security fields of banking, health organizations and electric vehicles.
