Avraham from Or Yehuda, who was attacked this week in a public garden in the city, was questioned today (Thursday) with a warning on suspicion of assault, after it turned out that he also strangled one of the boys in the incident.
Meanwhile, the two boys, aged 14 and 15, were also arrested on suspicion of assault and causing actual injury.

As I recall, this was a 40-year-old new immigrant, Avraham, who claimed to have been attacked by 14- and 15-year-olds after warning them that they had destroyed facilities at a playground in Or Yehuda.
He then told Israel Hayom: "I asked them why they were breaking the facilities, and after I warned them, they attacked me with an iron rod and another metal block. After the blow to the head, I fell and lost consciousness. They continued to kick my whole body. I have blue and painful marks My whole body."

After the two boys were arrested, attorney Shlomit Robin Yishai, who represented one of the minors involved in the attack on behalf of the public defender, said that: "The boy is about 14 years old with no criminal record, he is cooperating with the investigators and gave a version of the sequence of events.
According to him, it was the complainant who initiated the incident and chased after them.
We are waiting for the police to check his version." Indeed the police checked and today they summoned him for questioning with a warning - at the end of which he was released
