Tel Aviv is the culinary city of Israel, and there is no doubt that it has many top-class restaurants.
However, the great majority of them are not kosher, which means that a significant segment of the population cannot benefit from the wide offer that is available in the city.
An interesting option to enjoy the highest level of cuisine with a kosher certificate is the "Daria" restaurant in the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv.
This is a relatively small restaurant with a romantic and pleasant atmosphere.

At the "Daria" restaurant, the little sister of "Animar", which was included as one of the 50 best restaurants in the Middle East in the 50BEST competition held in Abu Dhabi, you can enjoy the dishes of one of the most interesting and talented chefs in Israel, Hillel Tawakuli, who serves as the chef of the two restaurants located a short distance away one from the other.

Recently they launched some new and successful dishes in the restaurant.
The first is for lovers of strong flavors - Spicy Hamachi - the dish consists of fish tartar, caramelized cashews, chili, crispy onion, yellow curry vinaigrette and coriander.
Another interesting dish on the new menu is the palmada skewer that comes on butter potato, crispy za'atar and Padron pepper.
On the new menu you can also find the smoked lamb spareribs with sake and mirin lamb stock, grilled sticky rice cake, lemongrass chili and herb silage.
Other new dishes include the sea fish sashimi and a dessert worth trying - quinces caramelized in saffron syrup which has become very trendy recently, pistachio ice cream, mango coulis and sesame twill.
The new dishes we tasted were delicious and without a doubt meet the standards presented by the non-kosher restaurants in Tel Aviv.
In addition to the new dishes, there are the well-known dishes of the Darya that you should not miss, among them: the appetizer platter (grinding eggplant, garlic in Golfer's silage and tamarind, and more...), friksa polenta which is in no way similar to a real friksa, but it is a successful dish that consists of marinated veal tongue, Vegetable and blush dough and sea bar in soju and tandoori that comes with crispy vine leaves, roasted vegetables, fenugreek sauce and chili lime sauce.

Daria passed one of the tests of kosher restaurants with great success - the dessert test.
Those who love Flouda simply must go for this special dessert that consists of grenadine syrup, bean noodles, pistachio nougatine, rose petals, sorbet rosa, almond milk and Zohar water - flavors that combine Persia and Morocco and not only pass the fur dessert test, but with distinction.
Along with all the compliments, it is important to take into account that this is a restaurant with strong flavors that are suitable for those who like spicy, spicy food in a certain dish, strong flavors with precise combinations and combinations of flavors from regions that reminded us of Persia, India and North Africa, in our case it hit exactly the preferences.
Another point that needs to be noted - the price level in the restaurant is not one of the highest in Tel Aviv, but it cannot be said that it is a cheap restaurant.
A couple who orders two starters, two mains and one dessert will pay about NIS 550, of course this varies between the dishes you choose, but this is the rough price range.
