A Palestinian was killed today, at dawn, by Israeli forces, during their raid on Qalandiya refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.
Wafa news agency quoted the Palestinian Ministry of Health as saying: Samir Awni Harbi Aslan, 41, was killed at dawn today as a result of a bullet that penetrated his chest, during the occupation forces’ raid on Qalandia camp.
In addition, the national forces announced a comprehensive strike today in the camp to mourn the martyr Aslan, and to denounce the occupation's continuing crimes against the Palestinian people.
And the martyr Aslan is the third shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces during the past 24 hours, after the martyrdom of the two young men, Sanad Samamra, 19, south of Hebron, and Ahmed Abu Junaid, 21, from Balata camp, east of Nablus.
The number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of this year has risen to seven, including three children.
