Bar Refaeli yesterday (Wednesday) offered her millions of followers on the Instagram social network to ask her almost any question that comes to mind and worries their curiosity.
She openly talked about her attitude to photo editing and renovation software, and also revealed how she directs her daughters to deal with the difficult world outside the walls of the beloved and familiar home.

"Hey, a tip from your experience on how to raise strong and self-confident girls? How do you empower your girls?" Rafaeli was asked, who replied with a long and extensive answer.
"I think I am strong and confident in myself, so I try to do what my parents did," she answered at the beginning of her words.
"They taught me to be generous and give, even though we had nothing at all. The feeling of giving made me feel strong and rich in many ways," she explained.
"Self-confidence, or 'BA' (acronym for the pair of words self-confidence; 14) as my mother told me when I was a child. It strengthened me. I was a very shy girl and these two letters gave me strength. They complimented me all the time , also for the successes, also for the attempts despite the failures. For every small act of giving, friendship, family, and also for the exterior," she recalled.
"It sounds superficial, but in a world where you are constantly comparing yourself to your neighbor, or today to the lives of others on Instagram, it is very important to give children the feeling that they are beautiful. That they should not compare themselves to anyone else," she advised.
"Do you use Photoshop or are you natural in your photos?", the followers were intrigued.
"I don't like to do Photoshop or use filters," Barr first announced.
"But it's important to note that I choose the photos I feel most comfortable with. I certainly don't want to upload photos of myself where I look tired or hungover. So don't forget that Instagram is itself a filter of life, even without using filters," she clarified.

"What is the best choice you have made in your life?", asked the surfers, who received the answer through a couple photo of Bar hugging her partner and father of her daughters, Adi Ezra.
