The Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei, confirmed that the plans of the country's enemies are doomed to failure, pointing out that their attempts to spread chaos during the recent events were based on wrong calculations.
Khamenei said in a speech today: "The enemy's comprehensive plan towards the recent events in the country failed because its calculations were wrong, and the will of the Islamic Republic was stronger."
Khamenei indicated that the economic factor was one of the elements that Iran's enemies exploited to disrupt the country, pointing also to their pursuit of a policy of security threats, infiltration of spy teams, and the spread of a policy of intimidation from Iran within propaganda methods, in addition to the use of some internal elements to create chaos in the country.
Khamenei said, "The enemies have left nothing behind and used it against the Islamic Republic of Iran for 40 years, but they have failed so far and will fail in the future because their calculations were wrong."
In a related context, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi affirmed that the solid will of the Iranian people has thwarted the enemy's policy of exerting pressure on his country, stressing that Iran will not surrender in a war of wills.
“We will not stop continuing the path of progress in the country,” Raisi said in a speech today during the inauguration of water and electrical projects in the central province of Yazd, adding: “The inauguration of 16 water and electricity projects in light of the sanctions imposed on us embodies our solid will not to stop the path of progress.” and ensuring the well-being of the Iranian people.”
